The four parts, and why the order is the teaching
A student watching this session should track the sequence rather than the individual techniques. Each stage prepares the body for the next, and reversing any two of them would break the arc.
- Ceremonial cacao first. A shared warm cup, honored for centuries as a gentle heart opener, used here to establish presence and intention before anything else begins.
- The fire circle second. Guests name what they are ready to release and offer it to the flame. Naming something aloud in a group is the act that makes the later rest meaningful.
- The sound journey third. Crystal singing bowls for pure tone, native flutes for grounding melody, steel tongue drum for steady rhythm, and drums and rattles to stir stuck energy.
- Layered energy work throughout. Delivered while guests rest, not as a separate segment.
